Probably best known as the Boardroom Advisor to Arnold Schwarzenegger on The US Celebrity Apprentice, Gemma is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor to CEOs and senior executives in the boardrooms of some of the fastest growing companies across the world.

Gemma has presented hit TV shows on ITV and Channel 5. A business expert for Good Morning Britain, she has the ability to make important issues relatable and engaging to any audience. Her deep business knowledge makes her a key note speaker of the highest calibre.

Gemma was a pioneer of digital investing, and led her business though its acquisition just 3 years after she founded it. She went onto build a digital media business on behalf of News UK and advised the UK government on its 10-year strategy to improve our nation’s financial wellbeing.

She speaks with first-hand experience about leading through adversity, achieving the ‘unachievable’, evolving consumer behaviour, future technology trends and how our ways of working are fundamentally changing forever. Having achieved key corporate milestones, she is able to empathise with other business leaders, articulate key issues and skillfully moderate engaging conversations. 

Gemma is on the boards of financial services, technology and electric vehicles companies, using business as a force for good. She is an ambassador for the charity Surviving Economic Abuse. With a background in quantum physics, Gemma led investment strategy for a FTSE 250 wealth manager, after starting her career at Goldman Sachs.
