Being neurodiverse himself and passionate to raise awareness of neurodiversity, Theo has founded Neurodiversity At Work LTD to advocate the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace.
Theo focuses on topics such as neurodiversity recruitment, DE&I, being ADHD, Dyslexic and Dyscalculia and being neurodiverse.
Theo works with large organisations to take neurodiversity to the top of their agendas via the CEOs and their leadership teams implementing strategies that help to transform the way in which recruiters and businesses screen their future employees.
He is also the co-author of Neurodiversity at Work and the host of Neurodiversity – Eliminating Kryptonite & Enabling Superheroes podcast. Pushing the importance of hiring neurodiverse employees, Theo explains to his audiences how having a diverse workforce can ensure that businesses outperform competitors and grow sustainably.
