Tiff Stevenson is a stand-up comedian, actor and writer. Her thought provoking and engaging style have seen her consistently play to packed audiences; Tiff’s latest solo show ‘Mad Man’ was one of the best reviewed shows at the Edinburgh Festival 2015 receiving ten 4* and 5* reviews including 5 stars from the Sunday Herald, The Mirror & Funny Women. This follows on from her previous successes with Optimist, Uncomfortably Numb, Cavewoman, Dictators and Along Came a Spider. In 2015 The Times picked Tiff as one of their top 10 comics to watch at the fringe “hugely accomplished and enjoyably provocative comedian”. Sunday Herald “This is a heartfelt, hilarious, provocative, important hour of stand-up from one of the best in the business”.
Tiff’s weekly live show Old Rope has enjoyed a succession of sell-out runs at the Edinburgh festival. Old Rope showcases new material from up-and coming as well as established headline acts and plays to capacity crowds every Monday night in London. Tiff’s TV credits include Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central (Comedy Central) The Apprentice: You’re Fired (BBC Two), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Two), Mock The Week (BBC Two), As Yet Untitled (Dave) Never Mind The Buzzcocks (BBC Two), Hey Ho Let’s Go (RTE), Absolute Power (BBC Two), Balls of Steel (Channel 4), Only Joking (Sky), Celebrity Deal Or No Deal (Channel 4), Live With Gabby (Five) and Show Me The Funny (ITV), performing in the live final at London’s Hammersmith Apollo to millions of viewers. Tiff also features on Comedy Central’s new series Drunk History. As an actor, Tiff’s credits include The Office (BBC Two) and a regular role on BBC Three’s acclaimed show People Just Do Nothing.
Radio credits include Front Row (BBC Radio 4), MacCaulay & Co (BBC Radio Scotland) with regular appearances on Comedy Club (BBC Radio 4 Extra), 7 Day Saturday & Sunday with Al Murray (BBC Radio 5 Live) and The Good, the Bad and the Unexpected (BBC Radio Scotland). Tiff also writes regularly for the Metro newspaper.
Tiff’s accolades include Mervyn Stutter’s Spirit of the Fringe award and in 2010 Tiff starred in Celebrity Autobiography at the Fringe and in the West End alongside David Tennant, Michael Urie, Sally Phillips & Doon Mackichan.
